1. Purpose

GeoGridAPI provides, through an API and an MCP server, the position of a Google listing in Google Maps results across a grid of geographic points. The service is for businesses only.

2. Account and keys

You create an account with a valid email address and remain responsible for your API keys: keep them secret and revoke them from the console if in doubt. Actions made with your keys are attributed to you.

3. Credits, prices and payment

The service is paid with prepaid credits (1 credit = 1 grid point): one point is one measured position. Prices exclude taxes; applicable VAT is added at payment and Stripe issues an invoice. Credits never expire. A failed grid is credited back automatically. Purchased credits are non-refundable, except for a billing error on our side. Sign-up credits have no monetary value.

4. Acceptable use

You may integrate the results into your products, reports and tools, including for your clients. Prohibited: bypassing rate limits, reselling access to the API as such, any unlawful use or use infringing third-party rights. We may suspend an account for abuse, after notice except in emergencies.

5. Data and availability

Results reflect Google Maps’ public display at the time of measurement, which can change from one minute to the next. They are provided as is, with no warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee it; maintenance is announced when possible.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the amounts paid in the last twelve months. We are not liable for indirect losses (revenue, data, goodwill).

7. Term, changes and governing law

You may close your account at any time by writing to sav@localnord.fr. We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance. These terms are governed by French law; failing an amicable settlement, the Paris Commercial Court has jurisdiction.
