Data we process

Account: email, password (stored as a hash, never in clear), optional company, language. Security: a hash of the sign-up IP address, technical logs. Usage: keys (hash only), requested grids (listing, keyword, parameters, results), credits history. Payment: handled by Stripe; we never receive your card details.

Purposes and legal bases

Providing and billing the service (contract), securing the service and preventing abuse (legitimate interest), bookkeeping (legal obligation). No data is sold or used for advertising.

Retention

Account data: for the life of the account, then 3 years after the last contact. Grids and logs: 13 months. Accounting records: 10 years.

Processors

Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, European Union), Stripe (payments), Resend (emails). Transfers outside the European Union rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to processing, by writing to sav@localnord.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

The website only uses two strictly necessary cookies: the console session cookie, and the draft cookie (gga_draft) that keeps the map prepared on the home page (listing, keyword, shape) to pre-fill the console after sign-up. The latter is server-only (httpOnly), lasts 7 days at most and is deleted as soon as the map is run. No advertising or third-party analytics cookie.
