Frequently asked questions
How is my rank measured?
At each of the 9 points, we run the Google Maps search for your keyword as a customer standing there, then record your listing’s position among the top 20 results.
Why 9 points instead of one rank?
Google Maps ranks listings close to the searcher first: your rank changes from one street to the next. 9 points give a first picture; a 7 × 7 map measures 49 over a wider area.
Why does my phone show a different rank?
Your phone uses your exact location, history and habits. We measure at fixed coordinates with no history: what a new customer sees at that spot.
Is it really free?
Yes, no sign-up: 3 maps a day per connection. A free account then gives 500 credits (1 credit = 1 point), no card required.
How do I track my rank every week?
With an account: a map repeated every week or month, from the console, the API or your AI assistant (MCP server). Credits never expire.
